• We may refuse, suspend or cancel any quotation, order or shipment, without liability, where we believe it may breach these laws or where the information requested is not provided.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the website, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai (Dubai Courts) have exclusive jurisdiction. For clarity, this does not refer to the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.

Quotations, orders and sales are governed by the law and dispute-resolution terms set out in the applicable sales terms or order confirmation.

• Severability: if any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in full force.
• Entire agreement: these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website. They do not replace any signed agreement, quotation or order confirmation between us.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a provision straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• Language: these terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails to the extent the law allows.
